Why here

Most offices post a job. We'd rather tell you the truth about ours.

Springhetti Dentistry is a doctor-owned practice in Carmel — general, cosmetic, and implant dentistry. We're not a corporate group, and we're not a revolving door. Patients stay for years. So does the team.

Dr. Springhetti trains relentlessly — Dawson Academy, implant residencies, cosmetic accreditation — and pours it into the people around him. If you want to get better at what you do, this is a building where that actually happens.

And right now is a genuinely interesting time to join: our new Zionsville office opens late spring 2027 — more operatories, new technology, and room for the team we're assembling.

Hear it from the team

Real people, their own words.

"I wasn't the kid with perfect teeth — and that's exactly why I love what I do. Helping patients build healthier habits and watching their confidence grow is the best part of this job."

Savannah
Savannah Dental Hygienist

"After 25 years in dentistry, I know what a healthy office feels like. This team communicates, backs each other up, and genuinely puts people first — patients and staff."

Emy
Emy Office Leader · 25 years in dentistry

"The doctors here teach while they work, so you never stop learning. And this team genuinely shows up for each other — that's rarer in dentistry than it should be."

Who we're looking for

These are the seats we hire for most. But talent doesn't follow our timing — if you're excellent at what you do, apply and we'll keep you at the top of the list.

Dental Hygienists

Our new office has four hygiene operatories and a patient base that keeps growing. Gentle hands, good conversation, and pride in your work — we'll handle the rest.

Dental Assistants

Work directly alongside doctors who teach while they work — implants, cosmetics, and full-mouth cases. If you want to grow your skills instead of just passing instruments, you'll fit here.

Front Office / Patient Coordinators

You're the first voice patients hear and the reason they feel at home. Warmth, organization, and follow-through matter more to us than your software history.

How it works — three steps, all from your phone

We respect your time, so we designed a process that doesn't waste it. No five-round interview gauntlet, no ghosting.

Tell us about yourself

The short form below — a few basics and your resume. Takes two minutes.

Send a 60-second video

Phone camera is perfect. Tell us who you are and why you'd be great here. We'd rather meet the real you than read a cover letter.

Take the Culture Index survey

About 10 minutes. It helps us understand how you work best — and put you in a seat where you'll actually thrive, not just fill a slot.

Why the extra steps? Because when you walk in for your interview, we already know we're serious about you — and you'll meet the doctors and the team, not a screening committee. Most candidates finish all three steps in under 15 minutes.

Step 1 of 3

Start your application

Fill this out and you'll immediately get a link to record your 60-second video and take the Culture Index survey — finish all three in one sitting if you want.

Questions first? Email [email protected] — a human reads it.

Questions people actually ask

There's no opening for my role right now. Should I still apply?

Yes — that's the whole point of this page. We're growing into a new office and we hire ahead of need. Strong applications stay at the top of our list, and we reach out the moment a seat opens.

What's the schedule?

Clinical days run Monday–Thursday, 7am–3pm. Your afternoons and Fridays belong to you. As the new office grows we'll add capacity — which means opportunity, not mandatory weekends.

What's the Culture Index survey?

A short work-style survey (about 10 minutes, no wrong answers). It tells us how you naturally operate so we can set you up to win — it's the same tool our whole leadership team uses.

I'm nervous about the video. Does it need to be polished?

Not even a little. Vertical phone video, one take, normal clothes. We're looking for the person patients will meet — not a production.

Where will I work — Carmel or Zionsville?

We're on North Michigan Road in Carmel today, and our new office is going up minutes away at 3710 Marketplace Drive, Zionsville, IN 46077. Same team, same patients — just a much nicer building, opening late spring 2027.
